1687 FOUNDATION Book Ministry Application

Thank you for your interest in The 1687 Foundation Book Ministry. 

This is a two-step process, if you are approved.

Step 1.   Submit an application below and wait for approval.

1. 1. 1. The completed form will provide us with the necessary information to determine if we can proceed with your application.
      2. Note: This is only a request to apply for free resources and DOES NOT GUARANTEE that we will be able to provide resources.
      3. Wait for approval. We will generally notify you within 24-48 hours about whether or not your application has been approved or if we need additional information.  

Step 2.   If approved, submit a resource request.

      3. Confirm the shipping information.

Every week, hundreds of applications are received and we carefully review each request. We do NOT provide resources to personal ministries, street evangelism, or any distribution that does not serve our stated target of established ministries or organizations which are service professions (members of the military, police officers, firefighters, and disaster relief efforts), prison ministries, healthcare facilities, children's programs, and at-risk populations such as homeless shelters, food banks and soup kitchens.

If requesting for a specific event, the applications must be completed more than 3 but less than 6 weeks before the event.
